Diabetes Ireland is holding a free CODE education course for people living with Type 2 diabetes.

The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, food and activity and self-monitoring of diabetes control.

The course will be run by: Sinead Powell, Dietitian and Development Officer at Diabetes Ireland

Each session will be 2 hours long and includes tea/ coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course. Group numbers are limited to 16 so early booking is essential.
