A free 3 week CODE programme will commence in Swanlinbar Day Care Centre, starting on Thursday 4th June at 11.30am to 2pm and continuing on June 11th and June 18th with a final follow up session on Thursday 3rd December.

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
