A free 3 week CODE programme will commence in Falls Hotel, Ennistymon, Co Clare, September 23rd, 30th and October 7th and a final session in 6 months time (tbc).

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
