* DICE: Why for Healthcare Professionals only *
Each year Diabetes Ireland holds a number of conferences for its healthcare professional members.
These usually have a number of national and international speakers and aim to improve services to people living with diabetes by upskilling and updating attendees with clinical knowledge through presentations, workshops and interaction with pharmaceutical exhibitors on the latest scientific evidence and medications.
These conferences are only open to healthcare professionals as exhibitors are prohibited from advertising or promoting their medications to members of the public under Irish and EU legislation.
Diabetes Ireland delivers a number of patient education meetings and other events nationwide for those living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and their families and annually organise a large Health Awareness exhibition to coincide with World Diabetes Day.
Registration opens from 8:30am at the conference venue on February 21st 2020.
