Free CODE Type 2 Group Education Meetings (Online) January 2024 Dates

January 18 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

The groups are facilitated by Diabetes Ireland Health Professionals, a Nurse or Dietician, and kept to a maximum of 12 participants in a relaxed environment sharing and hearing people’s own experiences.

Each CODE (Online) programme consists of 4 sessions.

The first 3 sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks, and the final session occurs 6 months later.

Each session is 2/2.5 hours in duration.
