A free 3 week CODE programme will take place in Westside Family Resource Centre, Galway City on Tuesday 3rd November, 10th November and 17th November with a final session in 6 months’ time (tbc).

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
