A diabetes screening and awareness day will take place in Cara Pharmacy, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim on the 20th of November from 11am to 4pm.

On the day, healthcare professionals will be available to offer a free diabetes risk assessment plus advice and information on Type 2 diabetes symptoms & risk factors to members of the public. They will also be available to offer advice to people with Type 2 diabetes on their day to day management.
