On Friday October 28th 2016 Dr Derek O’Keeffe will be coming to Limerick to give our group a talk on ‘The Creation of and proximity to availability of the Artificial Pancreas’. Dr O’Keeffe will also cover new technologies and potential implants of pancreas cells to effectively cure Type 1 diabetes. Venue: Main Lecture Room, Graduate Entry Medical School, University of Limerick @ 7pm.
