We are delighted to announce we are holding A Family Picnic this year. The venue is ‘Leahy’s Open Farm’  Co. Cork,  on Sunday 25th June 2023 at 12.30 pm.

This event is open to families of children living with Type 1 diabetes a standard entry fee to the farm is €10.50 per child and €8 per adult. Diabetes Irelands, Parents Group will charge €30 per Family and subsidise the rest.

Please bring a Picnic. We will start by having our picnic at 12.30 pm. After lunch the group will be guided around the farm where children will get to pet the small animals and take a ride on the Barrel Train, we encourage people to stay as a group while visiting the Farm as this will help people to interact and get to know each other.
