TEMPLEMORE – Type 2 & Pre-diabetes Education Course (CODE)

An education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland, is being run by Diabetes Ireland in Templemore, Co. Tipperary
The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control.
The course will be run by Diabetes Ireland, Regional Development Officer and Senior Dietitian, Ms. Pauline Dunne.
The first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.
The course will be held at the Mc Auley Community Centre, Templemore, Co. Tipperary
1st week: Wednesday 28th Nov 10:30 am – 1 pm
2nd week: Wednesday 5th Dec 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
3rd week: Wednesday 12th Dec 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
At 6 months (To be confirmed)
