Call for Help

Every year, our Helpline responds to around 6,000 calls for help.

Despite COVID, Diabetes Ireland, has played a vital role in ensuring that our Helpline has been here for everyone, including company employees and their families already impacted by diabetes.

To continue running our Diabetes Helpline in 2021, we need your help. Support our Helpline Heroes Fund to ensure our National Helpline continues. Once someone contacts our helpline, we can offer the education and support to help them manage their condition effectively and continue to stay healthy.

We are reaching out to companies who we hope will support the appeal with a donation of €1000 (we will not say no to any companies who can even give a little extra 😊) towards our Helpline Heroes Fund for 2021.

In appreciation for your support, we will provide our virtual Workplace Wellness Programme for your employees and will arrange a suitable time with you to organise the programme.
