Crunchy blueberry yoghurt

Pre-made fruit yoghurts can be expensive and high in added sugar. Why not make your own fruit yoghurt using natural yoghurt and your favourite fruit?

 

Ingredients – Serves 1 Adult
1 small pot of natural yoghurt (125g)
3 tablespoons of fresh blueberriesBerryYougurt-Nut-Table
2 tablespoons of muesli

 

Method
Mix everything together and eat immediately.
