Hanover Communications (a government affairs and healthcare advocacy agency) have been commissioned by Roche Diabetes Care to map the current Type 1 diabetes landscape in Ireland. As part of their research they are working with our Diabetes Ireland Patient Advocacy Group  to develop a fully confidential and anonymous survey and it would be great if you could take the time to share your thoughts and insight to inform this research. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will ultimately shape a white paper for ourselves and others to use and inform policy makers on the current needs and challenges for people with Type 1 diabetes.
