Roche Diabetes Care are recalling specific lots of Accu-Chek Aviva test strips. They have already notified clients for whom they have contact details.

If you are using Accu-Chek test strips you need to

• Check the lot number of all Accu-Chek Aviva or Performa test strips you have (this is on the top flap of the box and the label on each pot of strips)
• If they match the following, do not use them but take them back to the pharmacy that dispensed them for a replacement free of charge.
